1. Precautions for winter use

Due to the low temperature in winter, the tap water pipe is prone to burst. If the tap water supply pipe is frozen and stopped, the water purifier (especially the bucket less machine) should not be used during the water supply period. Generally, the inlet ball valve can be closed. After the water comes, the tap water should be opened first to discharge the sediment in the water supply pipe, and then the inlet ball valve should be opened to make the water purifier work, so as to avoid the construction failure In the process of construction, mud, rust and other sundries mixed into the water purifier cause the filter element of the water purifier to be blocked in a short time and the water production flow to decrease.

2. Phenomena easy to appear in winter

The lower the temperature is, the greater the decrease of the water yield. Because the viscosity of water is affected by the temperature, the water yield of the reverse osmosis membrane will drop. Generally, the water yield of the reverse osmosis membrane will drop 3% every 1 ℃ drop of the water temperature, and the water yield in winter is about 50% of the water yield in summer. With the increase of wastewater, due to the decrease of water yield, the flow of wastewater will increase correspondingly and the wastewater ratio will increase, which is a normal phenomenon. After the temperature rises, the wastewater will decrease and the water yield will increase.

3. Anti freezing of the whole machine

If it is installed outdoors, there must be antifreeze measures. If there is no antifreeze measures, it may cause freeze crack of filter bottle, membrane shell, etc., and the water purifier must be stopped when the temperature is below zero. The room temperature installed in the room must not be lower than 0 ℃, because the volume of water will expand during the solidification process, if it freezes, all pipes, filter bottles, membrane shells of the water purifier will burst, resulting in water leakage. If the water purifier is not suitable for a long time or needs to go out, the water inlet ball valve must be closed to discharge all the water in the pressure barrel. Before using again, check whether the appearance of the machine is normal. After confirming that it is normal, connect the water source power supply. It is recommended to discharge the produced barrel water.

4. Handling in case of ice

The water purifier must be placed in the room with the room temperature higher than 10 ℃ for 48 hours before it can be started up for use. During this period, it is not allowed to start the machine to make water. Check whether there is water leakage after the machine is started up. If there is water leakage, please contact the dealer. If it is found that the unopened RO membrane is frozen, it can be placed in cold water together with the package, soaked for more than 24 hours, and then it can be used.
